The type initialize for CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument' threw an Error

 
I get same Problem while Install Report from Client Side as above.
This type of Error Reason From My side.
I have to Client Side Setup for 32 bit and 64 bit First time i installed 64 bit but Get Error as above then i try to Install 32 bit in same PC and its Worked very well. i Hope its Help full for All.
